SONG OF THE DAY: CAN’T BE TAMED- MILEY CYRUS

Yeah Miley Cyrus sucks, I know. I actually think this song is pretty catchy (I’ve only heard it once 2 minutes ago though, I know it’ll get old fast.) This song just kind of bothers me for a few things. 

1st off, I don’t really have a reason to hate Miley Cyrus other than that I’m in the age group that hates her. She doesn’t seem like a bad person and her singing isn’t that bad (there are worse) but she seems a little fake and kind of dumb. My friend saw an interview with her, asking her about how she wrote Party in the U.S.A. She had no idea what it was about. I mean first off, not writing ur songs isn’t cool, but you should AT LEAST know what they mean. It’s not like there’s some deep hidden meaning in Party in the U. S.A. 

2nd of all this song is wrong. Miley Cyrus can and has to be tamed. First off because she isn’t 18, the law tames her. Also Disney owns her soul, so she can’t exactly do anything that bad. 

3rd, I don’t think she’s quite as strong as she says she is in the song. She quit twitter because her boyfriend made her. That sounds like being tamed to me… 

Anyway there are other things that bother me about Miley Cyrus, but I don’t want to write a super long blog that bashes someone. That’s just mean. Anyway, enjoy the song while you can, cause it’ll get old sooooo fast!
